Porch Fascia Replacement
We Remove and Replace Porch Fascia
Damaged columns and fascia often coincide, so we offer fascia replacement services for your convenience. Your fascia is the flat board attached to the bottom of your roof, and it might be attached to your porch columns.
Fascia’s purpose is to protect the ends of rafters from rain and sun damage. Rain hits the vertical surface and quickly falls off, hopefully speeding up drying so fungus and rot can’t grow. Unfortunately, over time most fascia boards rot away, leaving your home’s roof rafters vulnerable to damage.
Do I Need To Replace My Fascia?
In many cases, rotten fascia results from roof damage or other structural problems. If an inspection reveals other issues, you must repair those before replacing fascia.
How Do You Replace Fascia?
We offer PVC fascia boards, which will never rot like your old wood ones. If you prefer wood fascia, we can arrange for that, too.
If we’re replacing columns with your new fascia, we’ll install them first. Then, we’ll cut the fascia to perfectly fit around the capitals, for long-lasting protection.
